RB (outer ring split)
RB SERIES MODEL IS THE BASIC TYPE OF CROSS CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARING, THE SIZE OF INNER RING AND OUTER RING IS MINIMIZED, ITS STRUCTURE IS THE OUTER RING IS SPLIT TYPE, THE INNER ring IS AN INTEGRATED DESIGN, SUITABLE FOR THE PARTS REQUIRING HIGH PRECISION OF INNER RING rotation.
Type RE (inner ring split type)
RE series models are new models produced by the design concept of XRB, and the main size is the same as that of XRB. Its structure is the inner ring is segmented type, the outer ring is an integrated design, suitable for the parts requiring high rotation accuracy of the outer ring.
RU type (inner and outer ring body type)
RU series models do not need fixed flanges and support seats because the mounting holes have been processed. In addition, due to the integrated inner and outer ring structure with the seat, the installation has little impact on the performance, so that stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. Can be used for outer ring and inner ring rotation.
RBC type (outer ring split type)
RBC series models (corresponding to IKO company CRBC series) are constructed with split outer ring and integrated inner ring design, and full roller bearing with cage. Suitable for parts requiring high precision of inner ring rotation.
CRBH (one body type with inner and outer ring)
The inner and outer rings of CRBH series are integrated structure, used for rotating the outer and inner rings.
RA type (outer ring split, ultra-thin)
RA series models are compact models that reduce the inner and outer ring thickness of the RB model to the limit. Suitable for lightweight, compact design, such as robot and manipulator rotation parts.
SX type (outer ring split type)
SX SERIES model structure is similar to RB series, the outer ring is two split structure, connected by three spring clips, the inner ring is designed as one, suitable for the place requiring high rotation precision of the inner ring.
XRU08 (one body type with inner and outer ring)
XSU08 series is similar to RU series. The inner and outer rings have been processed for mounting holes, so there is no need for fixed flanges and support seats. Due to the integrated inner and outer ring structure with the seat, the installation has little effect on the performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. Can be used for outer ring and inner ring rotation
