As a clearance, it refers to the clearance of linear bearings when they are in stable operation state. Proper working clearance will help to improve the study of the closing system, and the correlation of various factors is not considered. The calculated results have a large deviation from the actual. In fact, the temperature field of the bearing operation is non-uniform, and the three are interrelated.
 
Generally, if bearings are used correctly, they can be used until fatigue life is reached. But there will be accidental premature damage, not tolerate the use of the situation. This early damage, as opposed to fatigue life, is the quality service limit known as failure or accident. Most of the reasons are due to the careless installation, use and lubrication, foreign bodies invaded from the outside, and insufficient research on the thermal influence of the shaft and shell.
 
In the work of HRB bearing, there are many factors affecting its clearance, mainly including the temperature change of linear bearing, centrifugal force and fit. In the working process, due to the influence of centrifugal force, fit and temperature, the working clearance changes, and sometimes with the influence of the three factors are not isolated from each other, but interrelated. Therefore, in this way, the influence of the three on the working clearance of the bearing can be correctly reflected in the actual work, so as to reasonably determine the clearance of the bearing, so as to improve the working efficiency and operation accuracy of the bearing.
 
As for the damage state of HRB bearings, such as the snagging of roller bearings and guard edge, it can be considered as reasons, such as insufficient lubricant, unsuitable oil supply and discharge structure defects, foreign body intrusion, linear bearing installation error, and excessive shaft deflection. There will also be these reasons overlap.
 
According to the use of the site and use conditions and environmental conditions, the selection of size, precision, with appropriate bearings is to ensure the life and feasibility of bearings.
 
1, use position: tapered roller bearing is suitable for bearing radial load mainly radial and axial combined load, usually with two sets of bearings pair use, mainly in the car front and rear hub, active bevel gear, differential, reducer and other transmission parts.
 
2. Allowable speed: under the condition of correct installation and good lubrication, it is allowed to be 0.3-0.5 times the limit speed of linear bearing. Under normal circumstances, with 0.2 times the limit speed is the most appropriate.
 
3. Allowed inclination Angle: HRB bearings generally do not allow the shaft to be inclined relative to the shell hole, if there is inclination, the maximum is not more than 2 '.
 
4, allowable temperature: under normal load, and lubricant has high temperature resistance, and sufficient lubrication conditions, the general bearing is allowed to work at the ambient temperature of -30℃-150℃.
 
The need to check the running state of the machine, in which the bearing is the focus of attention, and to prepare a thorough inspection programme has become increasingly important. Because it is the most important condition monitoring of all rotating machinery parts to prevent bearing damage, in order to prevent unplanned maintenance equipment downtime caused by HRB bearing damage during the early detection of an important part of the home.
 
But not all machines are equipped with this advanced equipment. In this case, the machine operator or maintenance engineer must adhere to the bearing failure signal alert.
 
Therefore, it is difficult to know the real cause of damage only by investigating bearing damage.
