In the assembly plant in India, road rollers are assembled for the Indian market. Each of these road rollers has two flanges on the rear axle. The flanges are heated to 110°C to enable quick and smooth installation of the ball bearings in the flange housing. For economic reasons, the heating time per flange must not exceed ten minutes. Only then can the daily target of 48 rollers be achieved.
