FREQUENT Q/A

How to classify ceramic bearings according to their uses?

SINO BEARINGSApr 28, 2022
1), high-speed bearing: with cold resistance, small force elasticity, high pressure resistance, poor thermal conductivity, light weight, small friction coefficient and other advantages, can be used in 12000 RPM -75000 RPM high-speed spindle and other high-precision equipment;

(2), high temperature bearing: the material itself has a high temperature resistance of 1200℃, and good self-lubrication, the use of temperature between 100℃-800℃ does not produce expansion caused by temperature difference. Can be used in furnace, plastic, steel and other high temperature equipment;

(3), corrosion resistant bearing: the material itself has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, can be used in strong acid, strong alkali, inorganic, organic salt, seawater and other fields, such as: electroplating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical machinery, shipbuilding, medical equipment, etc..

(4), antimagnetic bearing: because there is no magnetic, it does not absorb dust, can reduce the bearing surface peeling, so as to reduce the running noise. Available in demagnetization equipment. Precision instruments and other fields.

(5), electrical insulation bearings: due to high resistivity, can avoid arc damage bearings, can be used in a variety of electrical equipment requiring insulation.

(6) Vacuum bearing: because of the unique oil-free self-lubrication characteristics of ceramic materials, the problem that ordinary bearings cannot achieve lubrication can be overcome in ultra-high vacuum environment. Note: the above five types of bearings, the same set of bearings can be applied to high temperature, high speed, acid and alkali, magnetic field, non-insulation, but due to different material properties (please refer to the performance table of rare earth ceramic materials), customers are requested to choose the most suitable ceramic bearings according to their applications.
