How to install and remove the outer spherical bearing?

Remove the
1. First loosen the lock screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve with an inner hexagon wrench, and then insert the small iron rod into the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the direction of rotation of the shaft.
2. Unscrew the bolts securing the bearing seat. Remove the bearing along with the bearing seat from the shaft. Note before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft. The bearing seat bolts at the other end of the shaft should be loosened to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends.
The installation
1. Before installing the bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing jacket must be removed, and the surface of the journal should be polished smooth and clean, and the journal should be coated with oil for rust prevention and lubrication (allowing the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Lubricate the bearing seat and bearing mating surface, and load the bearing into the bearing seat. Then the assembled bearing and the bearing seat are set on the shaft. Push it to the required position for installation.
3. Do not tighten the bolts fixing the bearing seat first, and let the bearing coat rotate in the bearing seat. Similarly installed on the same shaft on the other end of the bearing and seat, will rotate the shaft several times, so that the bearing itself automatically alignment position. Then tighten the bearing seat bolts.
4. Install eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve and tighten it along the rotation direction of the shaft by hand. Then insert the small iron rod into or against the countersunk hole on the eccentric sleeve. Strike a small iron bar with a hammer in the direction of rotation of the shaft. The eccentric sleeve is firmly installed, and finally the inner hexagon screw on the eccentric sleeve is locked.
