The smooth grease in the bearing should not be too much. Smooth fat is not only wasteful, and is harmful. The higher the speed of the bearing, the greater the harm.
The greater the filling amount of smooth grease, the greater the friction torque. The friction torque of sealed bearing is greater than that of open bearing with the same filling amount. In the future, the friction torque will not increase significantly when the filling amount of smooth grease is equal to 60% of the internal space volume of the bearing. This is because most of the smooth fat in the open bearing has been extruded, and the smooth fat in the sealed bearing has also been lost.
With the addition of the filling amount of smooth grease, the temperature rise of bearing improves linearly. With the same filling amount, the temperature rise of sealed bearing is higher than that of open bearing
