The bearing temperature of circulating water pump is too high because the bearing fitting clearance does not meet the requirements, the bearing inner ring and the pump shaft are too loose, and the connection between the bearing outer ring and the bearing body is too tight.

 

1 pump shaft bending or different heart, will make the circulation pump vibration, cause bearing heating.

 

2. Due to the increase of axial thrust (such as the balance plate and balance ring wear seriously in the circulating water pump), the bearing bears more axial load, resulting in bearing heating and even damage

3. The lubricating oil in the bearing is insufficient or too much, and the quality is poor. There are debris such as sand and iron filings in the bearing.

 

4. Bearing fit clearance does not meet the requirements. Such as bearing inner ring and water pump shaft, bearing outer ring and bearing body, with too loose or too tight, can cause bearing heating. (Too tight will make the bearing rotation is not flexible, too loose will make the bearing inner ring rotation).
