Product introduction
Plain bearings are spherical plain bearings. The basic type is composed of inner and outer rings with spherical sliding spherical contact surfaces. The inner and outer ring of the bearing are mainly composed of a spherical surface, which can bear a large load. According to its different types and structures, it can bear radial load, axial load or combined load of radial and axial at the same time. Because the outer spherical surface of the inner ring is inlaid with composite materials, the bearing can produce self lubrication in operation. It is generally used for swinging motion with low speed, and can also make tilting motion within a certain angle range. When the non concentricity between the support shaft and the shaft shell hole is large, it can still work normally. Self lubricating joint auxiliary bearing is used in water conservancy, professional machinery and other industries. Because the spherical sliding contact area of the joint bearing is large and the inclination angle is large, but also because most joint bearings adopt special process treatment methods, such as surface phosphating, galvanizing, chromium plating or outer sliding surface lining, pad inlay, spraying, etc. Therefore, it has great load capacity and impact resistance, and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, self-aligning, good lubrication or self-lubrication without lubricating dirt pollution. The vibration of the rod end joint bearing is very sensitive to the damage of the rod end joint bearing, such as peeling, indentation, corrosion, crack, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration measurement of the rod end joint bearing. Therefore, the vibration can be measured by using a special rod end joint bearing vibration meter (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific abnormal situation can not be inferred by frequency division. The measured values are different due to the service conditions of the rod end joint bearing or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment standard.
The temperature of the rod end joint bearing can generally be inferred from the temperature outside the rod end joint bearing chamber. It is more appropriate if the outer ring temperature of the rod end joint bearing can be directly measured by using the oil hole. Generally, the temperature of the rod end joint bearing starts to rise slowly with the operation of the rod end joint bearing, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of rod end joint bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation parts are appropriate, the temperature of the joint bearing at the rod end will rise sharply, resulting in abnormal high temperature. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary preventive measures must be taken. Using the thermal sensor, the working temperature of the rod end joint bearing can be monitored at any time, and the automatic alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the specified value can be realized to prevent the occurrence of combustion shaft accident.
Installation and removal
1. Where the press is missing or cannot be used, the end rod joint bearing can be installed with assembly sleeve and small hammer. The hammering force shall be evenly transmitted to the whole circumference of the end face of the end rod joint bearing ring. Therefore, the hammered end face of the assembly sleeve shall be made into a sphere.
2. The force required to install the end rod joint bearing is related to the size of the joint bearing and the fit interference. For medium-sized or large-scale joint bearings with large interference, the method of hot assembly is often used. Before hot assembly, put the end rod joint bearing or separable joint bearing ring into the oil tank or special heater and heat it evenly to 80-100 ℃, not more than 100 ℃.
3. Hot fitting of spherical plain bearings requires skilled operation skills. When the joint bearing is removed from the heating oil tank or heater, immediately wipe off the oil stains and attachments on the surface of the joint bearing with a clean cloth (pay attention not to use cotton yarn), then put it in front of the mating surface, and push the joint bearing to the place against the shaft shoulder in one operation. Always push tight during cooling, or gently tap the plain bearing with a small hammer through the assembly sleeve to make it close. When installing the end rod joint bearing, rotate the joint bearing slightly to avoid toppling or jamming.
4. When the outer ring of the end rod joint bearing is tightly matched with the shell hole, the shell can also be heated and installed into the joint bearing. In particular, the joint bearing made of light metal materials may damage the mating surface due to the pressing in of its outer ring during the tight fitting process. In this case, the end rod joint bearing should be heated first.

Therefore, for the maintenance of the running bearing, we can find the abnormal changes of the bearing by listening, touching, observing and using the bearing fault diagnosis instrument, and judge whether the rod end joint bearing is in the normal working state according to the changed state.
