Bearing blocks are fast, easy and excellent, and many large foreign bearing companies also have their own bearing block type records. However, the marks of the same bearing pedestal model in different company samples are not exactly the same. For different applications of standard bearing seats, bearing seats of different materials can be selected, such as gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and plastic special bearing seats.

Bearing housings- General

According to the different requirements of bearing and bearing seat, the classification of bearing seat is not exactly the same. When using, carefully check and select according to the design.

1. Classification according to the shape of bearing pedestal:

1.1 outer spherical bearing with seat, also known as bearing unit (SKF). When there is no bearing, it is called outer spherical bearing seat. 1.1.1.1 the outer spherical bearing pedestal is divided into 200 series according to the bearing series. 500 series. 300 series. 600 series. Xoo series.

1.2 according to the shape, the outer spherical bearing seat is divided into vertical seat (P seat), square seat (f seat), rhombic seat (FL seat), circular seat (C seat), boss circular seat (FC seat), boss square seat (FS seat), concealed hole seat (PA seat) and hanging seat (FA seat).

1.3 integral (i.e. non separable) vertical bearing seat assembly with screw fastened bearing housing cover. These vertical bearing blocks were originally developed as axle boxes of light rail trucks, but can also be used in traditional vertical bearing blocks. The rigidity of non separated vertical bearing pedestal assembly is higher than that of separated bearing pedestal, and some can bear heavier loads. The outer spherical bearing seat also belongs to the integral seat.

2 split bearing housings
